Position: CARE SCHEDULER

Overview

CARE SCHEDULER Netherton, Liverpool. We are a values-based Company and aspire to be the local employer and provider of choice. The role will be working with our Reablement and Rapid Response Teams, accepting / processing referrals and developing call lists for the staff who already have an established rota’s. You’ll liaise with social workers & hospital discharge planners daily.

Shifts are scheduled between 8:30am and 8:30pm, with some weekend working required on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
  • Accepting / processing referrals and developing call lists for staff with established rotas
  • Liaise with social workers and hospital discharge planners daily
  • Coordinate and support Reablement and Rapid Response Teams
