We need proactive and reliable people to join us at our Supported Living service in Liverpool to work nights.

Autism Initiatives work positively alongside people with autism, providing specialist services that are tailored to each individual.

As a Support Worker Working Nights, you will be supporting people with Autism to live as independently as possible, promote health and well‑being, and support them to maintain their home. Some cleaning duties may be required. The people who live here may require your support throughout the night which may include aspects of personal care. Having built a trusting rapport will make a positive difference.

You will be committed to learning about their needs and be able to offer them positive reassurance and flexible support.

Experience is not required as we provide full training, but a genuine passion to making a difference to people’s lives and a positive attitude are key to being successful in this role.
