Accommodation is available for the first 6 months at a reduced rate for non‑Island residents. A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th and 25th months of employment.
- Registered Paramedic with HCPC registration.
- Qualified paramedic with appropriate clinical qualification.
- Hold a qualification in Leadership & Management or currently working towards one (e.g., L3 Award in Leadership and Management, or NHS Edward Jenner Programme).
- Hold a mentoring qualification.
