Are you an experienced paramedic with strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills, ready to combine your clinical expertise with operational leadership in a role that directly shapes patient care? As an Ambulance Duty Operations Manager with the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, you'll lead a team of frontline clinicians, guiding their development, welfare, and performance while stepping into the role of Operational Commander during major incidents.

You'll mentor newly qualified staff, oversee clinical supervision, and drive innovation that keeps the community at the centre of care.

This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th and 25th months of employment.

Person Specification Essential Qualifications
  • Registered Paramedic with HCPC registration.
  • Qualified paramedic with appropriate clinical qualification.
  • Hold a qualification in Leadership & Management or currently working towards one (e.g., L3 Award in Leadership and Management, or NHS Edward Jenner Programme).
  • Hold a mentoring qualification.
