As an Ambulance Duty Operations Manager with the Isle of Man Ambulance Service, you'll lead a team of frontline clinicians, guiding their development, welfare, and performance while stepping into the role of Operational Commander during major incidents.

You'll mentor newly qualified staff, oversee clinical supervision, and drive innovation that keeps the community at the centre of care.

Accommodation is available for the first 6 months at a reduced rate for non‑Island residents. A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th and 25th months of employment.

• Registered Paramedic with HCPC registration.
• Qualified paramedic with appropriate clinical qualification.
• Hold a qualification in Leadership & Management or currently working towards one (e.g., L3 Award in Leadership and Management, or NHS Edward Jenner Programme).
• Hold a mentoring qualification.
