You will provide nursing leadership across outpatient specialties by guiding teams, raising standards, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. As part of the Senior Nursing Team for Scheduled Care, you will also have the chance to help shape the service at a strategic level. This role calls for someone who leads by example — a positive role model with significant post-registration experience, degree-level education, and confidence in managing and motivating others.

You will develop a high-performing team, promote continuous learning, drive professional excellence and ensure resources are used effectively. Essential

• Registered nurse with current NMC Registration
• Relevant teaching and assessing qualification
• First level degree
