£12.82 per hour | Full-time nights / Part-time days | Kings Dock Mill.

Join Our Team at Kings Mill Dock. Supporting seven individuals — five on-site and two in the community — we provide person-centred care for people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Our focus is on empowering each person to live life their way, with dignity, choice, and independence.

A home, not just a service

We offer supported living options for people with varying abilities to live wherever and however they choose. Our services support people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments and learning disabilities to live independently in their own home.

• Full-time nights - 35 hours per week
• Part-time days - 10 hours per week
• You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

Typical shifts may include:

• Night shifts: 10pm - 8am
• Day shifts: 8am - 3pm, 9am - 4pm, 3pm - 10pm

• Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to weekend working only (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.

• Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Personal care experience (helpful, but not essential)
