* Manage your own caseload, working
** autonomously
* * while collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families.
* Conduct
** holistic assessments
** and develop evidence-based therapy programs tailored to each child.
* Provide
** specialist advice, training, and guidance
** to staff, parents, and carers.
* Contribute to
** service development, clinical governance, and innovation
** in practice.
* ** Supervise and mentor
** junior colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.## Who We’re Looking For
* Qualified Occupational Therapist,
** HCPC-registered
** and
** RCOT member**.
* Experience supporting children in
** mainstream schools**, particularly those with complex needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to
** work independently
** while collaborating effectively.
* Knowledge of assessment tools, outcome measures, and embedding therapy into
