We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Nurses (RMN) to work across a range of healthcare settings. This role offers flexible working opportunities while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred mental health care.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
• Administer medication in line with prescriptions and policies
• Monitor mental and physical health and respond to changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Support service users, families, and carers with empathy and professionalism
• Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
• Comply with NMC Code of Conduct and organisational policies

• Hospitals
• Domiciliary care services

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
• Minimum 6–12 months post‑registration experience (preferred)
• Valid passport
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Right to Work in the UK (Share code required if not a British passport holder)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and professionally under pressure
• No sponsorship available for this role
