Due to the nature of the role, you will need access to your own vehicle.

Flexible hybrid working options are available, allowing a combination of remote and on-site clinical work.

• GPhC‑registered pharmacist
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent)
• Experience working within GP Practices or PCN
• Full UK Driving licence with access to own vehicle
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
