• As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients to live independently in their own homes.
• Provide quality care including administering medication, personal care, meal preparation, social calls, safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning, moving of clients, and home help.

• This is a full-time or part-time position, with hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. Support Workers are community-based, working in your area.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be available.

• Full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle at all times.

• Role is subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS Check.

• Competitive salary ranges from £12.00 to £14.00 per hour.
• Additional compensation for drivers and walkers, such as 45p per mile, an extra 50p per call for drivers, and bridge crossing payment.
• Full training with a £150 bonus upon completion of probation, ongoing career development support, uniforms, paid shadowing, and extra training for complex clients.
• Care friends referral scheme with a bonus.
