We are seeking friendly Support Workers to join our supported living in Croxteth. You will support autistic people to live independently as possible and be part of their local community. Our Support Workers focus on encouraging health and wellbeing and the people we support are at the heart of everything we do.

• Support individuals to develop and maintain daily routines.
• Encourage health, wellbeing and participation in community activities.
• Deliver flexible, person‑centred care tailored to each individual’s strengths and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of care and progress.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team and family members.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient, caring and supportive nature.
• Passion to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Valid UK driving licence (if required).
• Enrolment in Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma encouraged.
