Join us in advancing Liverpool John Moores University's ambitious Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) agenda. This role will play a vital part in strengthening the Diversity and Inclusion Team, working collaboratively with colleagues across the University to develop and deliver the D&I strategy and priorities. We are seeking an individual with experience in Diversity and Inclusion who is ready to support awareness-raising activities, coordinate impactful events, and help drive forward our inclusivity agenda.

• Support awareness-raising activities
• Coordinate impactful events
• Contribute to high-profile initiatives including charter mark submissions, annual reporting, and the coordination of staff networks and working groups
• Develop resources, maintain our digital presence, and support communication across the University to embed best practice

Experience in Diversity and Inclusion and a high level of IT literacy, including web design. Excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring diversity and inclusion are woven into every aspect of university life are required.
