Support Worker, Mental Health

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool. About the Role

We are recruiting Support Workers for a Residential Service in Liverpool, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities as they transition from hospital to community. MAPA/CPI training preferred but can be provided.

Shifts available: 10am–10pm, 8am–3pm, 3pm–10pm, 8pm–8am

About You

• At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
• Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
• A caring, resilient, and patient approach
• Driver preferred due to shift times and location
• MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
