Recovery Group Facilitator

The Recovery Team offer a number of different support groups for people who want to change their relationship with drugs or alcohol. The mutual support groups run with participants at the heart of them, however group facilitators are important to ensure participants keep to the group agreement and to manage group dynamics, ensuring everyone has their opportunity to have their voice heard.

Group facilitators may consult with participants around which subjects people would like to cover and are encouraged to bring their knowledge and experience to design or to find resources to share with the group.

Training will be provided.

We particularly welcome applications from applicants who identify as women, people of colour, over 40, as they are currently underrepresented in our volunteer team.
