Senior Support Worker

Base Pay Range

Senior Support Worker – Norris Green, Liverpool – £13.22 per hour

Monday to Sunday – 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm, 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.

Availability for on‑call is required.

Senior Support Workers with us lead the Residential Service – Tate Lodge in Norris Green, Liverpool. Key duties include:

• Assist people in gaining greater independence in daily life
• Support the manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service
• Allocate shifts and book training sessions
• Induct new colleagues and provide supervision support
• Order medication and ensure support for financial management

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support (behaviours of distress, acquired brain injury, autism, trauma)
