A UK local authority is seeking a Leasehold Engagement Officer to deliver front-line engagement with leaseholders in a hybrid role. You will manage a caseload of around 2,400 leasehold properties, ensuring effective communication and administration of the Section 20 consultation process. The ideal candidate will have experience in housing management, strong communication skills, and a customer service orientation. This is an 18-month contract with a pay rate of £21.41 an hour PAYE, and offers a responsive and professional service to leaseholders.
