Tribunal and Complaints Officer

We’re reducing the number of complaints and tribunals as a corporate priority. We require an interim specialist and knowledgeable supporter to clear the backlog of complaints and tribunals within SEND.
We expect the successful candidate to have a proven track record in SEND complaints and tribunal processes.
This is a short-term, interim post providing additional capacity and is not anticipated to be a long‑term or permanent role.
