Annual salary of £33,193 (FTE). Permanent role.

The roleAs an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will support the Group’s financial strategies and policies by following established financial procedures, ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations, and actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Finance Business Partners assisting them in providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to aid decision‑making and maintain financial integrity.
Requirements- Ability to work and thrive in a busy finance department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial issues, influence and negotiate.
- Advanced IT literacy with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to meet deadlines when under pressure.
- Ambitious, with a passion to learn and grow.
