Financial Reporting and Complations Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of owner-managed and SME clients across multiple sectors Review statutory financial statements and compilations to a high standard and within agreed deadlines Work across UK GAAP and IFRS (including FRS 102 and UK-adopted IFRS) Manage, coach and develop junior team members Take ownership of commercial performance on projects including budgets, WIP and billing Contribute to business development - identifying opportunities, scoping work and supporting fee proposals Ensure risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to Financial Reporting Compilations Manager Attributes:
