The role of Finance Administrator within a large professional services sector involves ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and supporting the wider accounting and finance team. Description

Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses
Support the accounting and finance team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Interpret finance, procurement and travel procedures to resolve a variety of staff and stakeholder queries.
Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and travel providers to support smooth administrative and financial operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of administrative and finance services across the department
Reporting of financial and administrative data for audits and reviews

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

Demonstrable experience in finance and administration and data entry
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications - Word/ Excel
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
