Resourcery Group are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our client's growing team - someone who blends strong management accounting skills with commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Finance Business Partner role supporting the leadership team and providing project-based financial analysis. You will work as a key partner to operational teams, using finance as a business tool to drive operational performance. You'll play a key part in improving processes, driving commercial understanding, and delivering proactive insight across multiple business entities.
What You'll Do
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support decision-making and drive business performance.
- Lead on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes - delivering accurate results and clear variance analysis.
- Build and support business cases, providing financial challenge and scenario modelling.
- Challenge assumptions, analyse trends, and provide insight into movements and variances.
- Deliver strong financial modelling and analysis to support strategic and tactical business needs.
- Conduct financial analysis, supporting strategic decisions and performance reviews.
- Lead or support ad-hoc financial projects, from variance analysis to cost investigations.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven busienss partnering experience.
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
- Pragmatic, improvement-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
