Financial Controller

Full job description What You'll Do: ? Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting. ? Ensure group regulatory compliance through policy implementation and internal audits. ? Drive financial governance in line with relevant GAAP and audit recommendations. ? Perform profitability and margin analysis across product and assembly lines. ? Analyse working capital cycle to identify areas for improvement and implement change.

? Partner with the commercial and operations team, providing insights to enable strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For:

? An experienced accountant with at least 5 years' experience in progressive finance roles, with proven experience in successful leadership ? Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. ? Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In return we offer:
