Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are partnering with a Non for-profit organisation in Liverpool who are looking for a Payroll and Pensions Officer to Join then and play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely payroll and pension services. You’ll provide expert advice, ensure compliance with legislation, and act as a key link between the organisation and external providers.
Key responsibilities of the Payroll and Pensions Officer:- Process payroll and pensions for officers and staff.
- Provide accurate pension estimates and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers.
- Analyse payroll data and produce reports to support decision-making.
- CIPP Level 5 Diploma (Technician or Advanced Technician) - Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing.
- Strong analytical, IT, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of public sector pay and pensions (desirable).
