We're looking for a finance professional with at least two years' experience in financial analysis or management accounting, ideally within FMCG or retail. You'll have a solid grasp of reporting cycles, cost centre management, and statutory accounts, with experience supporting audits.
Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with confidence handling large data sets to deliver clear insights that support business performance. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commercially focused, problem‑solving mindset are key to success in this role.
You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and an effective communicator who can translate financial information for non‑finance colleagues. A collaborative, flexible approach is important, and while experience with SAGE 200 is an advantage, it's not essential.
