Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Mortgage Consultant to join our team in Liverpool. This on-site role involves providing expert advice on mortgages and mortgage products, assisting clients in making informed decisions, and working closely with them to find the best financial solutions for their needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations with clients, assessing individual requirements, identifying suitable mortgage options, and guiding clients through the entire process.

The role also involves working collaboratively with estate agents and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including areas such as Mortgage Lending and various mortgage products
• Strong understanding of Finance and the ability to assess financial situations
• Proven Customer Service skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
• Relevant qualifications in mortgage advice services (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent) are highly desirable
• Experience working in the real estate or financial services industry is a plus
• Commitment to adhering to regulatory requirements and delivering client-focused solutions
