We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Engineering team at our newly fitted head office in the centre of Liverpool. This is our most senior individual contributor role – a technical leadership position that shapes how we build, scale, and evolve the systems behind Sentric Music and Believe Publishing.

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you'll own the technical direction across our full stack – from backend services and cloud‑scale databases through to user‑facing applications. Working alongside our existing Staff and Front End Engineers focused on backend/data and infrastructure, you'll complete a senior technical leadership team that covers the full breadth of our engineering discipline.

This isn't a purely hands‑off role. You'll lead by example – writing code, designing architectures, and mentoring engineers – while also operating at a strategic level, aligning technical decisions with business objectives and guiding investment in product development technology. You'll work across Product, Engineering, and Innovation functions, engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure we're building the right things the right way.
