Electrical Maintenance Engineer

A very big heavy industrial manufacturer based in Warrington have two opportunities for Electrical Maintenance Engineers. The Engineering team is made up of around 50 engineers, who work either a 4/4 shift pattern rotating days and nights or a weekday permanent days. The team is very split and Electrical Maintenance Engineers will only be responsible for all electrical breakdowns.

Responsibilities of a Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery including conveyors, temperature and process control, stacking equipment.
• Fault finding and diagnostics in emergency breakdown or planned situations
• Modification and improvement of plant
• Hazard identification and elimination
• Team-based problem solving
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and support and contribute to the site

• NVQ level 3 Electrical
• SCADA, HMIs and PLCs
