This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team of over 30 professionals working on a diverse range of projects across the healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, and education sectors, with project values reaching £100m+.

You will play a key role in leading and delivering civil engineering designs, mentoring junior staff, and supporting technical excellence across multiple projects from early-stage concepts through to construction.

• Leading design and coordination for infrastructure, drainage, highways, and flood risk projects
• Preparing and managing planning applications and reports
• Producing high-quality design work using AutoCAD and Civil 3D (training available)
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
• Managing S278, S104, and S38 approvals and design processes

• 4-7 years’ experience in a civil engineering consultancy environment
• A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications (HNC/HND)
• Strong design experience in areas such as highways, drainage, or flood risk
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  Civil 3D or Causeway Flow experience beneficial
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE / CIHT)
• Desirable:
  Flood Risk Assessments, Residential or master planning projects, Hydraulic design software
