I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded planning consultancy that is looking to add a Planner to its growing Liverpool office.

This position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the North West, within a team that values professional development, collaboration, and high-quality planning advice.

You will be involved in:

• Preparing and coordinating planning applications for a range of development types
• Drafting planning statements, policy appraisals, and supporting documentation
• Engaging with local planning authorities and project stakeholders
• Assisting with site assessments and planning strategy work
• Supporting senior team members on complex or large-scale schemes

My client is interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Experience in UK planning (local authority or consultancy)
  Working towards MRTPI or already accredited
• Strong written skills and attention to detail
• A positive, team-oriented approach
