About the business unit

We help conceive, drive, and implement transport solutions for cities, regions, and asset owners/operators around the globe. From preparing the business case and advising on related issues — such as revenue, procurement, and environmental legislation — to delivering the completed infrastructure and helping maintain it. Our planning, engineering, environmental and management skills cover the whole project cycle. We play a major role in developing and delivering the Global Transport Sector Strategy.

We are looking to appoint a Team Lead to our Liverpool office in the Ports Coastal and Offshore (PCO) team. This individual will bring their skills and passion to lead and grow our Liverpool team, working alongside our PCO teams in other locations.

As part of the senior leadership team of PCO, you will have a significant input and influence on the future direction of the team. You will influence our projects by directing successful outcomes, understanding the latest methods, processes and techniques required to drive optimal solutions. You will develop client relationships and lead business development initiatives. You will support development of our external profile and internal resource capability and play a key role in driving forward our Ports, Coastal & Offshore markets.

You will work across projects in each of our Ports, Coastal and Offshore markets as needed and appropriate. Due to the nature of our work, you will be willing to travel overseas for project assignments when required. You will be supported in your career aspirations as they develop over time and will be flexible to accommodate changing project and team needs.

You will mentor and support members of the existing PCO team in Liverpool to progress their own development.
