About the RoleThis leading consultancy delivers innovative, integrated civil engineering solutions across multiple sectors. The Liverpool office is expanding, offering opportunities to shape projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from start to finish
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering development and high-quality output
- Liaise with clients, delivering technically robust and commercially sound solutions
- Prepare and review designs, drawings, and reports (Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, 104)
- Utilise AutoCAD, Civil3D, Info Drainage, or equivalent software
- Maintain a hands-on approach to design, project management, and delivery
- Minimum 5 years experience in a UK civil engineering consultancy
- Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships
- Practical knowledge of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Info Drainage, or similar software
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and team development
