Industrial Services Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Services Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality environmental & industrial cleaning projects across the UK and occasionally to Europe and Jamaica!

You will lead and support operations across a wide range of industrial service works, including:

• Interceptor cleaning
• Tank cleaning & decommissioning
• Tank dig-outs
• Site decommissioning
• Other industrial/environmental services tasks

This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you will oversee site teams, ensure safe work practices, and maintain exceptional service delivery standards.

• Proven industrial/environmental services experience
• Confined Space Entry & Rescue competency
• Strong commitment to health & safety
• Ability to work away from home as required (UK & occasional overseas)
• Supervisory/leadership capability

• HPWJ (High-Pressure Water Jetting) qualification
• ADR qualification
• FLT licence
• Additional industry tickets welcomed

• Circa £35,000 salary
