• Design masonry support systems (brackets, angles, ties) for brickwork facades.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to define support requirements.
• Produce clear design drawings and technical details for site installation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to confirm solutions.
• Provide technical support to project and site teams.
• Ensure all designs meet building regulations and project specifications.
• Resolve site queries and coordination issues related to masonry support.
• Manage projects ranging from £5,000 to £500,000.

• Proven experience designing masonry support systems, lintels, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, concrete reinforcement, and rainscreen cladding.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Solid Works software packages.
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
