Everton Primary School is a warm, friendly and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to flourish. We are looking for a highly organised, approachable and enthusiastic School Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of our school office.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will be a vital ambassador for our school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils and managing front‑of‑house queries
  • Maintaining accurate school records and databases
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Producing letters, documentation and communication for parents
  • Assisting with admissions and pupil data
  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • General office duties such as answering calls, email management and filing
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with people
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with IT systems (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable but not essential)
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about helping create a positive school environment

Experience in a school office is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
