Make a Real Difference in the ClassroomWe’re currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in secondary schools across East London. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed in education.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping students access their learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom.
Your Role Will Include- Supporting students in the classroom across a range of subjects
- Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils who need additional help
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
- Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
We’re keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have previous experience working with young people or in schools
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to obtain one)
- Are patient, supportive, and confident working with secondary-aged students
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are passionate about making a positive impact in education
Experience supporting SEN students is highly desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
