Your RoleWe are looking for a strategic leader who is able to make a real impact in a challenging inclusive 11-16 secondary school. We are looking for a skilled and adaptable School Business Manager and feel this role, whilst challenging, will provide the opportunity as part of the senior leadership team to really make a significant difference to pupils' outcomes and life chances.
The Academy is a focal point for the economic and cultural life of Winsford and you will find a deeply committed community. You will work as part of the senior leadership team and be responsible for delivering all areas of the Academy's non-teaching accountabilities.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic and operational leadership of the school's business functions
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Oversight of HR procedures and staff recruitment
- Facilities, health & safety, and risk management
- Leading support staff teams across finance, administration and site management
- Supporting governance and compliance, including procurement and policy development
- High quality professional development
