Year 3 Teacher – ECTs Accepted – SEN & KS2 Support – L16

Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the L16 Childwall area. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers or early career teachers (ECTs) ready to make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.

• Full-time: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Long-term, permanent contract
• Year 3 classroom in a welcoming, inclusive primary school
• Support for pupils with additional needs and SEN within KS2

You will lead the classroom, deliver engaging lessons, and provide tailored support to ensure all children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Support and differentiate for pupils with SEN and additional needs
• Occasionally provide 1:1 support for pupils requiring extra help
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Track pupil progress and contribute to assessments and reporting
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCO, and school leaders

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECTs welcomed
• Experience in KS2 (Year 3 experience preferred)
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
