Milk Education Liverpool is seeking compassionate, dedicated SEN Support Assistants with experience supporting students with additional needs in UK secondary schools
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping learners overcome challenges and succeed both academically and emotionally.

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support for students with a range of additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SpLD, etc.)
• Support learning on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans
• Help create an inclusive, accessible learning environment
• Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in learners
• Monitor progress and support emotional wellbeing
