Teacher Active is proud to be working with mainstream primary schools that are currently looking for Qualified Primary Teachers, who are looking for more working flexibility to provide day-to-day cover, working across KS1 and KS2. You will be working with a warm and positive team in Chester, who focus on child engagement with a therapeutic approach to learning.

The setting looks after up to 30 children in each classroom, with both indoor and outdoor areas are split into age-appropriate sections and provide sensory enhancing activities. The school ensures that the children can challenge themselves and take risks in a safe and secure environment, to aid learning in a positive manner.

• Provide day-to-day cover in mainstream primary schools.
• Work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 as required.
• Contribute to a warm, positive team environment with a focus on child engagement through a therapeutic approach to learning.
• Adapt to the needs of the local schools and provide flexible, on-demand cover.

• QTS
• Child enhanced DBS (registered on the update service)
