Join a specialist SEND school supporting young people (11-19) with complex needs. You'll provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist with personal care, and help deliver tailored learning and life skills programmes. No formal teaching qualifications required – just empathy, patience, and a passion for making a difference.

• Experience in care, health, or support work (e.g. Healthcare Assistant, Youth Worker, Care Staff)
• Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work with vulnerable young people
• A desire to make a real impact in the lives of children with complex needs

• Term-time only, great work-life balance (no nights/weekends)
• Ongoing training & development
