Are you a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work across the Runcorn area? We are working in close partnership with a range of welcoming and supportive primary and secondary schools across Runcorn and the surrounding areas, providing high-quality supply staff to meet their ongoing needs.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our supply team, supporting schools on a short-term, long-term, and day-to-day basis. Opportunities are available primarily within secondary settings.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their learning
• Providing general support to students where required
• Following school policies and procedures

• Experience working within a school setting (preferred)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confidence delivering lessons across a range of subjects
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
