As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting students across various subjects in a classroom environment
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Helping to maintain an engaging, supportive learning atmosphere
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to raise student attainment
