Discover Activity Camps offer an action-packed school holiday activity programme guaranteed to provide children with unbeatable weeks of fun. We have camps at Hatherop Castle School, Cricklade Manor Prep, Rupert House School, High March School, Westonbirt School, The Mead School & St Faith’s Prep.

We understand the importance of creating inspiring school holiday programmes. The fantastic facilities we have allow us to deliver school holidays full of exciting experiences and new adventures.
From our curated programme of fun themed activities and creative crafts, to our heart‑racing programme of sports and outdoor adventures, there’s something for everyone during the school holidays.
Hours, Salary & BenefitsHours:
Camps run throughout the holidays from 07:45 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Staff will be contacted in advance of each holiday period to confirm availability. Staff are permitted a 30‑minute paid break during the day. 0‑hour contract. Salary: £14.50 per hour / £145 per day. Subject to change April 26.

- Be responsible for the overall well‑being and happiness of the children in your camp.
- Ensure the delivery of a program of daily activities suitable for the age range of the children in a safe environment.
- Promote the ethos of Discover Activity Camps, providing an exceptional role model to the assistants and children in the camp.
- Ensure the correct equipment is at hand for the day of activities.
- Promote exceptional safeguarding practices at all times, including awareness of and reporting procedures in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy.
- Be responsible for the security of the premises where activities are undertaken.
- Ensure buildings and rooms are adequately secured upon departure through the use of door codes and locks.
- Ensure all children are signed in and collected through the use of a safe word.
- Provide a friendly welcome to all holiday club attendees and meet and greet parents.
- Accompany children around the site to different activities, supervise lunch and supervise open play sessions.
- Plan staff breaks throughout the day and provide cover accordingly.
