Aspire People is looking for a motivated and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming school in the LE5 area of Leicester. The role is varied, offering an exciting opportunity to work across different year groups and provide 1:1 support as well as intervention group work to support student progress.

• Assisting with classroom activities across a variety of year groups
• Supporting individual students on a 1:1 basis, tailoring approaches to their specific needs
• Leading and supporting small intervention groups to boost student learning and development
• Helping with general classroom management and creating an engaging learning environment
• Working closely with the class teacher to assess and track student progress
• Providing emotional and academic support to students

• Experience working in a UK primary school setting (essential)
• Experience supporting students with varying needs, including 1:1 and group work
• A positive attitude and passion for helping children thrive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)

• Competitive pay rate: 95 - 105 per day
