Milk Education is looking for a motivated and creative Year 3 Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L14). This is a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Hours:

8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date:

After February half-term

Contract:

Temporary (week-to-week) with the potential to extend into a longer-term role

This position is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to grow their skills in a welcoming, forward-thinking school.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 across the Primary Curriculum.
• Support pupils’ academic and personal development through creative teaching.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil success.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.
• Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum, particularly for Key Stage 2.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
