As an Educational Leader
, you'll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes by:

• Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs
• Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy
• Building strong, supportive relationships with families
• Encouraging curiosity, reflection, and growth across the team

• Spacious outdoor play areas that encourage curiosity and discovery
• Purposeful, age-based indoor learning environments
• A warm, passionate team culture built on respect, support, and care

We're looking for a motivated leader with:

• An Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
• 1–2 years of leadership experience (as an Educational Leader or similar)
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
