Qualified Maths Teacher – Role Information:- Contributing to extracurricular activities, such as math clubs or competitions
- Competitive daily pay ranging from £140-£220 during term time
- Providing personalised support to foster students’ academic progress and emotional well‑being
- Monitoring student behaviour and providing constructive feedback to help improve classroom conduct and mathematical understanding
- Participating in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Working hours:
08:00am – 16:akoso - Full‑time, Monday to Friday role – Contracted until July 2025
- Supporting students across KS3, and KS4
- Situated in Liverpool
, with excellent accessibility for both staff and students - A strong emphasis on inclusivity, ensuring that all students feel valued and supported in their educational journey
- Commitment to student well‑being, offering a range of support services, including counselling and academic guidance, to ensure students thrive
- A focus on high standards of behaviour and achievement
- Available public transport links nearby!
- A 2:1 or higher degree in Mathematics from a UK based University, with a strong understanding of child development
- Proactively addressing and managing challenging behaviour
- Ability to work effectively with fellow math teachers, students, and school staff
- Flexibility in adjusting teaching strategies based on student progress
- Ability to provide clear explanations and support for students at varying levels of mathematical understanding
