We are looking for adaptable and proactive Teaching Assistants to support students in Liverpool's most diverse and fast‑moving secondary schools. 13.68–GBP
14.00 per hour

Location: Liverpool City Centre and Inner City Areas: L1, L2, L3, L7, L8 (including Kensington, Toxteth, and Edge Hill)

Role type: Flexible options (full‑time, part‑time, day‑to‑day or long‑term cover)

• Deliver 1:1 or small‑group support to help students master difficult subjects.
• Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour and keeping students on task.
• Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students.
• Supervise students during practical lessons and experiments to ensure safety.
• Keep a close eye on student progress and provide simple, encouraging feedback.
• Prepare the classroom environment and resources before each lesson begins.
• Act as a reliable mentor and positive role model for teenagers.
• Support the schools pastoral team in ensuring student wellbeing and safety.

• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
