Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a highly respected specialist school known for its forward-thinking approach to education. In this full-time role, you'll provide 1:1 support to students with moderate to severe SEN needs across KS1 and KS2.

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience:

    6-12 months of teaching assistant experience or equivalent is preferred.
  • Qualifications:

    GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Eligibility:
    Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support:
    Provide 1:1, small group, and classroom assistance for KS1 and KS2 students.
  • Communication:
    Collaborate with parents and carers on student progress and participate in meetings, parents' evenings, and training sessions.
