Randstad is pleased to offer this Teaching Assistant position, contributing to a positive learning environment for students.

• Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Support individual students with their learning needs.
• Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment.
• Prepare and distribute learning materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Participate in school events and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.

We're looking for you, if:

• You have at least 6 months of experience working with UK children in the UK.
• You hold an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service.
• You possess full right to work in the UK.
• You are willing to work 5 days a week, between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• You have a passion for supporting children s learning and development.
