We're looking for driven, career focused Recruitment Consultants and Sales professionals to join our growing team.

We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant with 1-3 years' experience to take ownership of our London Interior Design desk.

You’ll partner with leading design studios, architecture practices, and global brands who design Residencies for Royal Families, Beach clubs in Ibiza & St Tropez to rooftop bars and restaurants in New York & Dubai. Roles you recruit for will range from Midweight and Senior Designers, FF&E Designers, and Project Managers through to Design Directors, Studio Leads, and Heads of Design.

• £27,000 – £32,000 (dependent on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure — earn up to 30% of your placement value

• Build and nurture a targeted, engaged network of Interior Design professionals, positioning yourself as a recognised specialist in your market
• Develop new client relationships from a defined target list and become their trusted recruitment partner
• Manage and grow existing accounts, supporting key creative and commercial hires across the Interior Design sector
